		<description>我以前也认为是缺少什么维生素或矿物质之类的，但是吃好多水果和蔬菜也没有多少改善，最后想到吃黑芝麻，果然解决问题了。你那不方便炒？还是研粉？不方便炒就拿来煲汤吧；如果不方便研粉，买个家庭用的干磨机，比水杯大不了多少的那种，一两百搞掂。</description>
